What Academy SJW London is all about
Academy SJW offers intensive English language courses to adult students from all over the world. The minimum student age is 18. Most students are from the European Union, but there are also students from Japan, Korea and Russia.
Classes are very small, with a maximum of 8 students per group in the Main Intensive course and the Cambridge University exam courses. The maximum is 10 on the Summer course in July and August.
Academy SJW was founded in 1952, and is a small, private school located in the elegant St John's Wood area of central London.
The school offers a full social programme, including visits to Premier League football matches, museums, art galleries, pubs, restaurants and clubs.
Most students stay with local families (homestay) but apartment and hotel accommodation is also offered.
