En el transcurso de mi crecimiento he descubierto mis debilidades y fortalezas de forma paulatina. Encontrarme en la situación de comenzar el proceso de independizarme en una ciudad nueva y con todas las oportunidades de avanzar personal y profesionalmente me ha llevado a identificar los matices de mi carácter: en ocasiones severo y demandante; esta valiosa experiencia, así como haber incursionado en el mundo laboral desde temprana edad, me compromete aún más con el desarrollo de habilidades inherentes a mi personalidad como la responsabilidad y sociabilidad, bases del desarrollo del liderazgo y competencias laborales que poseo. Otra característica de mi naturaleza es la inquietud por el aprendizaje y valentía para afrontar retos, que laboralmente evidencian ser parte de las cualidades que componen mi aptitud para el crecimiento y un desempeño directivo exitoso. Para el logro de lo anterior identifico las falencias que es necesario fortalecer como el poco conocimiento en el área financiera y de estrategia, como también la alta exigencia de resultados y tedio con actividades monótonas.
La idea, dentro mi plan de desarrollo, es afianzar mis fortalezas y superar las debilidades planteadas anteriormente, tanto en el aspecto personal como en el profesional. Personalmente, me he propuesto fortalecer los lazos de pareja, familiares y de amigos, igualmente constituir una familia y desempeñar una función social y activa dentro de mi comunidad, manteniéndome fuerte, sana física, intelectual y espiritualmente. Viajar y conocer culturas, personas y sitios diferentes, hace que enriquezca mi experiencia personal, teniendo un mayor y más importante aporte a la actualización y entendimiento de las corrientes de desarrollo global. Para el cumplimiento de estas metas requiero mantenerme activa en la formación académica, puesto que forma parte fundamental de mi proyecto de progreso continuo y de elevar mi calidad de vida.
Profesionalmente deseo alcanzar un conocimiento más profundo de mi área de trabajo, especializada en la gestión y dirección administrativa ambiental, para lograr cargos gerenciales, a través de la experiencia laboral y del estudio, la actualización y el aprendizaje en la academia. Perfeccionar el idioma inglés es fundamental para la obtención de conocimientos e intercambio de experiencias con profesionales en mi área que se desempeñan en otras partes del mundo; para el manejo de información actualizada en los diferentes medios y la exposición de mis trabajos. Hace parte también de mis proyectos académicos y profesionales adelantar trabajos de investigación que me permitan descubrir nuevas metodologías y herramientas en el manejo ambiental y hacer aportes a la gerencia del área en la industria. Deseo combinar estas actividades académicas siempre con un activo desempeño laboral. Con estos instrumentos estaré en capacidad de liderar, desarrollar y ejecutar los proyectos de administración ambiental en los que estoy enfocada a realizar dentro de la dirección del departamento de gestión ambiental, igualmente desarrollar la competencia de dirección gerencial de equipos de trabajo en futuros proyectos ambientales globales.
